Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.

Dizzy's 1:1 coaching was the best decision I made for myself. Prior to this, I had no idea how to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. I really wanted structure and a plan in the gym, so I decided to do the 1 on 1 with Dizzy, and I got more than what I was looking for. I told him my goals on how I wanted to get stronger and improve my bench, squat, and deadlift and we did exactly that. The 8-week structure he gave me was a lot of strength training, and he gave me certain exercises that went hand in hand with the goals I wanted to achieve. In 8 weeks, I was able to improve my bench by 15 pounds, my deadlift by 25 pounds, and my squat by almost 40 pounds. I will definitely keep doing the 1:1 coaching with Dizzy, and I definitely recommend it.
