Hello! I’m Dizzy, a passionate fitness enthusiast with over a decade of experience across various sports and fitness disciplines. My journey includes more than 18 years in martial arts and 8 years of fitness training, ranging from bodybuilding and CrossFit to long-distance running and powerlifting, not to mention my background in professional dancing.
Among all these pursuits, I’ve discovered a particular passion for powerlifting.
