Understanding your pain and becoming friends with it! Knowledge is power my friends and this knowledge is deeply empowering.
Module 2: Your pain story and identifying your neurotags.
Assess yourself to work out if you have been primed…this is juicy and really helps with the neurotags identification. Warning you will also start to connect with self on a deeper level….this could go either way, as in you start to realise how suffering with pain has shut you off from many other experiences. Be prepared for some deep inner strength coming your way.
Module 3: Laying the Groundwork
Removing your Neurotags – introducing a few tools that you can use over and over again.
Module 4: Start of rewiring: assessing where you are (a tool)
3 different ways to require (find one that suits you or mix and match)
Daily easy hacks to move you into your pain free self.
Module 5: Reassessing your neurotags.
Making your plan for the next 3 months and beyond!
