IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Digital Download: This is a digital product. No physical planner, printed stationery, device, printing supplies or wedding services will be posted. Your files will be available after successful purchase.

Formats & Content: You receive one XLSX spreadsheet and five PDFs. The two planning workbooks contain the same content in digital and printable formats. The two stationery collections contain the same designs in different colours. These are not all-different pages.

App Requirements: The spreadsheet requires a compatible XLSX spreadsheet app. Typed PDF entries require a compatible PDF form-filling app. Features and appearance vary between apps and devices. Detailed spreadsheet editing may be easier on a larger screen. No Canva template links are included.

How the Files Work: The spreadsheet calculates the specified totals and checks. PDF entries are manual and do not sync with the spreadsheet. Seating assignments are entered manually; the spreadsheet checks capacity but does not create a room layout. No invitations, emails or reminders are sent.

Spreadsheet Limits: Use the reserved rows for up to 100 costs, 300 payments, 200 guests, 25 tables and 60 tasks. Adding rows outside these ranges does not automatically extend the calculations. Avoid overwriting calculated cells.

Saving Your Work: Keep a blank original and save your own working copies. Enter a small test, save, close and reopen the file to check that your app preserves your entries and calculations.

Planning Guidance: Suggested timings are editable planning prompts, not legal or supplier deadlines. Confirm ceremony requirements, prices, contract terms and deadlines directly with the relevant authority or supplier. This kit does not replace professional wedding-planning, legal or financial advice.

Guest Privacy: Keep contact details, dietary requirements and access notes private. Share only the information needed by your own wedding helpers and suppliers.

Printing: Workbook pages are A4. Stationery pages use their individual stated sizes. Print at actual size/100%, check the print preview and try a sample first. Printer margins and colours vary. Gold details are printed colour, not foil. Physical print proofs have not been checked.

Personal Use Only: For one personal wedding or household. You may share relevant completed extracts privately with your own wedding helpers and suppliers. The original blank files may not be resold, redistributed or shared publicly.
