Welcome to WOW FINDS UK. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our Products

WOW FINDS UK sells downloadable digital products, which may include planners, templates, printable resources, spreadsheets, guides and other digital content.

Each product description explains what is included in the purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no physical products will be shipped.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in British pounds (£ GBP).

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are confirmed following successful payment.

3. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available for download immediately after successful payment.

Customers should provide a valid email address to receive their order confirmation and download information.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us.

4. Personal Use and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated in an individual product description or licence, purchased products are for personal use only.

You may download, save and print purchased materials for your own personal use.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, upload for public access or commercially reproduce our digital products without written permission.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.

For digital content supplied immediately, this cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right and the other applicable legal requirements have been met.

Where those requirements have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain in place.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Faulty Products and Download Problems

If a digital product is faulty, incomplete, inaccessible or not as described, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law, which may include a working replacement, price reduction or refund.

7. Product Information

We aim to ensure that our product descriptions and information are accurate.

Our digital resources are intended for general information, organisation, education or personal use, depending on the product.

We do not guarantee specific financial, fitness, educational or other results from using our products.

Any budgeting or money-saving resources are not personalised financial advice.

8. Authorised Purchases

Customers must only make purchases using payment methods they are authorised to use.

Where fraudulent or unauthorised transactions are suspected, we may investigate and provide relevant transaction information to our payment provider in accordance with applicable law.

Acceptance of these terms does not remove a customer’s legal rights relating to unauthorised payments.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights relating to purchases already made.
