I am excited to share with you all life inside my kitchen and on my plate. I am passionate about all things health, specifically around our mindset and the food we eat. I have created this e-book to empower you in the kitchen, give ideas to spice up your meal prep, and help you become more aware of the food you choose to put into your body.
My interest in nutrition comes from my athletic background. I was a compeitive cheerleader for 13 years and then right into 6 years of competitive crossfit. I have always had the drive and determination when it came to being active. I found my struggle has been mastering my mindset and fueling my body properly for the demands I make on it. I developed an eating disorder at 13 years old and have been on the uphill battle of regaining my health and working on my relationship with food.
My journey and challenges have sparked my desire to educate and share my story in order to help others become more aware of their relationship with food, have more confidence in the kitchen, and feel empowered to build a healthy plate.
