• When purchasing this bundle, you receive one individual-use license for each avatar included in the bundle. Each avatar included in the bundle may only be used by its assigned license holder.
• If you are purchasing the bundle as a single individual, you may either keep both avatar licenses for yourself, or transfer one avatar license to a friend/partner. If you are gifting both of the licenses, you must choose the 'gifting' option at check out and enter the recipient(s)' information.
• If there is no secondary owner listed at checkout, all avatars in this bundle can only be used by the purchaser.
• You may not share the avatar files with anyone other than yourself and the approved secondary owner listed at checkout.
• If a secondary owner is listed at checkout, the purchaser may privately send that individual only the avatar assigned to their license.
• You may split the cost of the bundle between two individuals ('price splitting'). In this case, each individual will receive only one avatar license. This means each individual only has rights to one of the two avatars. I am not responsible for how both individuals go about splitting the price.
• Only a max of 2 individuals may split the cost.
• Mira is an exception to the one-avatar-per-person rule. She may be used by both registered license owners.
• Avatar licenses and ownership assignments may not be transferred to another individual after purchase without explicit permission.
• These avatars may not be uploaded as public avatars on VRChat under any circumstances. Likewise, their files cannot be shared, distributed, or sold on any platform.
• Please note that Kirsi and Rêverie have their own rules about asset usage. You are responsible for reading the rules listed on each avatar’s individual product page.
• Everything on Mira is made from scratch. You can make personal edits of her but none of her assets may be used for commercial/public avatar or asset purposes.
• You may not claim Mira or any of her assets as your own work, even if heavily edited.
• The bonus accessory may be used by both registered license owners.
