HOW IT WORKS

1. When a notice arrives, write the deadline you were given on a new checklist and in the Cases sheet. Set your own target a few days earlier.
2. Read the reason on the notice and use the guide and checklist page for that kind of dispute.
3. Label each piece of evidence Exhibit A, B, C and list it in the exhibit index and Evidence Log.
4. Fill in the matching letter template, keep it short and factual, and submit before your target date.
5. Record the outcome, amount recovered and fees. Review the Dashboard monthly.
