This is a toolkit of activities which follows on and accompanies the first guide in the series: How to Create Mindfulness in the Classroom.
The toolkit is sectioned into ten parts. The key to mindfulness to support self / emotional regulation is routine and timetabling. Be aware of what impact an activity / part of the day could have on the child’s regulation and balance this with a mindfulness activity.
