The Advanced Indicator Bundle — 10 Guides to the Indicators Nobody Teaches Properly
You already know the famous indicators. The problem is the next ten - Supertrend, Keltner, Donchian, Volume Profile, the Awesome Oscillator - where almost everything written about them is repeated from somewhere else, and some of it is simply wrong. You read that an input matters and it does nothing. You set an alert that can never fire. You read a bar colour backwards for years because every article says the same incorrect thing.
This bundle is ten complete guides, 498 pages, and every one of them is built on a number computed from real market data rather than repeated from another write-up. In two cases the measurement showed the commonly taught version was backwards.
Every guide is built the same way: every element on the screen named on the picture before any strategy, every real input the indicator has and what changing it costs you, three quizzes on real charts with the reasoning rather than an answer key, faded practice you finish yourself, and a written strategy with an entry, a stop and an explicit rule for when the trade is wrong. Every chart is real market history carrying its real ticker and date.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Parabolic SAR (48pp) — Trail a trend with dots that accelerate, and know when they betray you.
- Williams %R (36pp) — The oscillator that pins to its rail, and why that is information.
- Commodity Channel Index (56pp) — Five real inputs, including one that is dead until another switches it on.
- On-Balance Volume (75pp) — Cumulative volume, four divergence types, and zero settings to tune.
- Money Flow Index (75pp) — The volume-weighted relative strength index, and which half of that nickname is true.
- Keltner Channels (50pp) — Six inputs, and two lookbacks nobody notices doing different jobs.
- Donchian Channels (39pp) — Why your breakout alert never fired, and the one input that fixes it.
- Supertrend (40pp) — Two inputs, and only one of them changes anything.
- Awesome Oscillator (41pp) — The bar colour does not mean what almost everyone thinks.
- Volume Profile (38pp) — Six built-ins share the name, and a decision tree for which to use.
SOME OF WHAT WAS MEASURED
- Donchian Channels: across 28,296 real bars there are ZERO closes above the upper band at the default Offset - so a default breakout alert can never fire.
- Awesome Oscillator: 50.1% of bars carry a colour that disagrees with their side of zero, because the colour compares each bar to the previous one, not to zero.
- Supertrend: of its two inputs only one does anything. Factor swings the flip rate nearly sixfold; ATR Length moves it about two per cent.
- Volume Profile: price spends 28.1 times as long in the fattest profile rows as the thinnest, measured across 144 windows.
WHAT YOU'LL BE ABLE TO DO
- Read ten indicators most traders never learn properly.
- Change any input knowing what it does and what it costs you.
- Stop wasting time on the settings that do not move the chart.
- Recognise the market conditions where each one stops working.
- Run a written strategy for each, with a stop and an invalidation.
AN HONEST NOTE
These are clues, not crystal balls. This bundle contains no win-rates, no backtest results and no promises about what you will make, because nobody can verify those and you should not trust anyone who prints them. What it hands you instead is a set of rules you can test yourself on TradingView in an afternoon.
