Kindred Spirits Hat Knitting Pattern

When I asked one of my best friends (“kindred spirits”) to describe her ideal hat, she envisioned this super soft, lightweight, slouchy hat with a Celtic-inspired cable pattern. I created it for her, and loved it so much that I knit up a matching one for myself. Recently, when another best friend was in need of a hat, I made this one for her as well.
