General Preparation is an important phase for any athlete who wants to become stronger. The stronger you are the more force you can produce which is fundamental to a sprinter. This programme will prepare the body sufficiently before you embark on a strength programme to really ramp up your strength levels. Key areas of the body will be targeted thus reducing your risk of preventable injuries. Packed full of effective exercises with video demonstrations included.

For best results, this phase is 8 weeks in duration with 2-3 sessions a week to be completed.
