We have extensive knowlege of preparing the modern day athlete and we want to share that with you. The exercises are easy to follow. We have also included links to demonstrations so you can see how the exercises should be performed. You will need access to a gym for this programme. 
 
You should perform this programme for 8 weeks, 2-3 times a week for maximum benefit.
