Each item carries the acceptance criterion and reference from the ITP, Pass / Fail / N/A drop-downs, a measured-value field, an NCR cross-reference and three-party sign-off; every sheet has a form revision, 'uncontrolled when printed' marking, A4 landscape print set-up and a fixed print area.
