OFF SEASON TRAINING 2025-26
This is a 4 month (November-February) guided training program designed to help rugby players rebuild, refocus and dominate their off season.
The off-season isn’t a break, it’s your biggest opportunity to get ahead.
Through custom gym programming, on-field speed sessions, and individual consultations (in-person or online), you’ll work directly with me to elevate your performance, fix weaknesses and build a foundation that lasts into pre-season.
This program is for dedicated athletes who want to make the most of their off-season. Whether you’re in Dunedin, NZ or anywhere in the world, you can join the OFF SEASON.
You’ll receive:
- Personalised strength and conditioning program
- Sprinting and running mechanics coaching
- Access to 1:1 calls or Zoom check-ins
- Field sessions (for Dunedin athletes)
- Ongoing support and progress tracking
