How do I get started?

Due to the high-touch nature of this advisory, I only take on a limited number of 1:1 clients at a time. The first step is to submit a Coaching Inquiry Form. If there is strategic alignment, we will schedule a 20-minute Discovery Call to discuss your goals and my current availability. From there we will schedule a weekly day & time that works for both of our schedules.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please get in contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.

How does 1:1 Coaching differ from the Checklist Library?

The Checklist Library is a "DIY" system—it provides the tools and the blueprints. 1:1 Strategic Coaching is "Done-With-You" engineering. We spend 90 days looking "under the hood" of your specific business to audit your leaks, build your custom CRM workflows, and implement the boundaries needed for your Operational Calm.

Is there a specific level of production required for 1:1 Coaching?

While I serve agents at every stage, my 1:1 partnership is best suited for agents who have a consistent flow of business (or the capacity for it) but are currently overwhelmed by the chaos of their own growth. If you are ready to move from "accidental entrepreneur" to "intentional CEO," we are likely a great fit.

What is the time commitment for coaching?

We meet weekly for 30-minute intensive strategy sessions. However, the real work happens between calls as you implement the "Roadmap" steps we've designed. Expect to dedicate 2–4 hours a week to working on your business rather than just in it.

Will you actually go into my CRM and set it up?

During our 1:1 sessions, we often do "Live Engineering" where we look at your CRM dashboard together. While my personal expertise are optimized for Follow Up Boss, the principles of Operational Calm are universal. If you use another CRM, we will focus on the logic of your Smart Lists and Action Plans. However, please note that we do not provide technical support for every platform—our focus is on the Strategy of the system.

I will guide you through the architecture, but the goal of coaching is to empower you (or your admin) to lead your systems.

Is the Master Bundle included in 1:1 Coaching?

Yes. All 1:1 Coaching clients receive full, complimentary access to the Complete Meraki Master Bundle ($695 value) as part of their onboarding.
