Traditional real estate coaching pushes canned scripts and aggressive sales tactics. Elevate focuses on what actually scales: clear standards, trust-based influence, and documented processes that deliver a signature client experience every single time.

When real estate evolved, traditional coaching got left behind.

For decades, the industry has relied on an outdated playbook: memorize the script, present the slick pitch, push your value proposition, and chase every deal at the expense of your life.

Rica founded Elevate Coaching Academy to break that cycle. Elevate is built on trust-based influence, intentional listening, scalable processes, and uncompromising standards. Instead of forcing you onto a sales treadmill, we teach you how to lead client conversations with quiet authority and deep trust.

We don't just tell you to build better systems—we partner with you to engineer the exact operational processes your business needs.

It’s time to stop running your business on hustle and start running it on standards.

My mission is simple: to leave this industry better than I found it."

Over my 20+ years in real estate, I’ve experienced the industry from every angle—as an active agent, a coaching client with six top real estate coaching companies, and a coach for two of those companies.

While real estate provided me with the freedom to put family first and build lifelong relationships, I also saw where industry coaching was falling short.

Too often, traditional brokerages turn dedicated agents into commodities, teaching us to memorize the exact same scripts and objection handlers instead of real business standards. The result? Overwhelm, burnout, and costly errors that ultimately do not put the clients' best interest first.

I founded Elevate Coaching Academy to disrupt that cycle. My mission is to coach & mentor agents on building scalable processes, uncompromising standards, and trust-based influence through intentional listening, emotional intelligence & empathy.

I still actively serve my real estate clients today, and through Elevate Coaching Academy, I’m giving back by helping agents master their craft, protect their well-being, and elevate our entire profession.
