Suitable for all abilities. Strength training will will increase muscular and neuromuscular efficiency as well as tendon and ligament strength but it help you produce more force which is extremely important to all cyclist. This is a non gym programme, ideal for doing at home or outside.

Strength training will not make you slow and heavy. It doesn’t automatically increase lean mass and that is not the aim of this programme.
