Suitable for all levels of ability. A perfect programme to introduce you to strength training or re-introduce you after time away from the gym. This is a non gym programme, ideal for doing at home or outside.

It is an opportunity to build a solid base before embarking on a strength and power development programme. It is an opportunity to work the entire body preparing the muscles, tendons and ligaments while increasing mobility at the same time. You will also reduce your risk of preventable injuries. 

Strength training will not make you slow and heavy. It doesn’t automatically increase lean mass and that is not the aim of this programme.

We are a private strength & conditioning company, headed up by an accredited S&C coach. We have worked with a broad range of athletes from amateur through to commonwealth and professional standard. We are committed to athlete development.
