General Preparation is an important phase for any athlete who wants to become stronger. Creating a solid foundation to build strength on, good movement patterns and strength in the right areas are fundamental to running. This programme will prepare the body sufficiently before you embark on a strength programme. Key areas of the body will be targeted thus reducing your risk of preventable injuries. Packed full of effective exercises with video demonstrations included.

For best results, this phase is 6-8 weeks in duration with 2-3 sessions a week to be completed.
