PRODUCT TITLE:

ECMO Anticoagulation Monitoring Dashboard — Clinical Decision Support Tool

SHORT DESCRIPTION (shown in store listing):

A standalone clinical dashboard for real-time ECMO anticoagulation monitoring. Built by a board-certified cardiovascular perfusionist with 20 years of ECMO experience. No login. No internet required. Opens in any browser.

FULL DESCRIPTION:

Managing anticoagulation on ECMO is not a single-number exercise. It is a dynamic system under constant stress — and most ECMO programs are monitoring it with a single assay.

This dashboard was built to close that gap.

The ECMO Anticoagulation Monitoring Dashboard is a single-file HTML clinical tool that runs in any browser on any device — laptop, tablet, or bedside workstation. No installation. No login. No internet connection required. Download once and use anywhere.

WHAT IT TRACKS:

• ACT — Activated Clotting Time (target 180–220 sec)

• aPTT — Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (target 60–80 sec)

• Anti-Xa Level (target 0.3–0.7 units/mL)

• Platelet Count — flags greater than 30% decline over time

• Fibrinogen — flags when below 150 mg/dL

• Heparin Infusion Rate — dose-to-effect trend tracking

KEY FEATURES:

• Color-coded status indicators — GREEN, YELLOW, RED for each parameter

• Live trend arrows — improving, stable, or worsening

• Overall circuit anticoagulation status summary panel

• HIT Risk Flag — automatically activates when heparin dose rises over 3 consecutive entries without ACT improvement

• Timestamped entry log with notes field for each parameter

• Shift summary export — plain text report for flow sheet documentation

• Print to PDF for medical record documentation

• Dark clinical theme — optimized for bedside use

• Mobile responsive — works on tablets at the bedside

WHO THIS IS FOR:

Perfusionists, ECMO specialists, critical care nurses, and intensivists managing patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Ideal for programs building or strengthening their anticoagulation monitoring protocols.
