Long Lake Wildfire Blues

For weeks the Wildfires have been burning from Long Lake to Paradise Lake near West Dalhousie in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. Over 20,000 Acres have burnt, and despite the best efforts of Firefighters the fire still burns, “Uncontrolled”. It’s not only destroyed forest and properties , it’s also robbed people of their homes, and their dreams. Due to respiratory problems I’m not a Fire Fighter, and yet I always want to help. So, I’ve created this Song to help thank, honour, and encourage all those affected.
