Named for a legendary sea serpent from Orkney, Stoor Worm is a cylindrical lace cowl knit in the round! With lace scales increasing in size from the top edge to the bottom Stoor Worm is a great introduction to lace knitting, or a relaxing knit for the more experienced knitter. Stoor Worm is a fantastic layering piece for the changing seasons.

The pattern is fully written with charts for the lace pattern. The pattern has been tech edited and test knitted. There’s a screenshot of the pattern, and a list of the stitches used at the bottom of the photos.
