A v-neck pullover using the modular knitting technique is perfect for the knitter who enjoys a challenge. With no seams and sleeves which are knit top down finishing is a breeze! Create a more feminine version by adding a delicate picot edging. Alternate instructions are included for those who prefer to knit the strips individually and assemble with traditional seams.


This knitting pattern includes written directions, front and back images, and a schematic with measurements.

Substitution Notes
Any self-patterning sock weight or fingering yarn paired with a coordinating solid-coloured yarn may be used. Choose a yarn with easy care instructions. Superwash wool and sock yarns (whether wool or cotton blends) will work wonderfully. The self-patterning yarn may be substituted with a solid colour, a variegated yarn or a gradient yarn.

Techniques
Modular strip knitting, short rows, cable cast on, increases/decreases, three needle bind off, picot bind off (optional), basic modified set-in sleeve sweater construction, picking up stitches.
