DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF 3-FACTOR MULTI-FUNCTION AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
In today's digital world, authentication has become an essential aspect of information security. Authentication is the process of verifying the identity of a user, system, or device to ensure that the user has the right to access a system or resource. In this paper, we propose a 3-factor MFA system that incorporates biometrics, smart cards, and One-Time Passwords (OTP) for authentication.
We present the design and implementation of the system, its evaluation, and its performance analysis. Our proposed system provides a higher level of security and convenience compared to traditional authentication methods, making it an attractive solution for securing digital resources.
