DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ONLINE CLEARANCE SYSTEM FOR GRADUATING STUDENT

This research focuses on the development of a computerized system that simplifies and automates the clearance process for graduating students. The project aims to eliminate the delays, paperwork, and inefficiencies associated with manual clearance procedures in tertiary institutions. It presents the design, implementation, and testing of a web-based platform where students can complete their clearance from different departments online, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and time efficiency. This research consists of a title page, approval page, certification, abstract, table of contents, Chapters One to Five (from introduction to conclusion), references, and source code.
