Grief Workbook for Fathers - 20 Grief Worksheets for Child Loss & Bereavement. Grieving Dad Journal. Bereaved Father Gift. Healing Book
I Am Grieving, Now What? - Fathers Edition
A guided grief workbook for fathers who have lost a child. 44 pages.
NEW: FILLABLE PDF. Type right on your tablet or laptop, from wherever you're comfortable. No printing needed. The fillable file is US Letter; the printable US Letter and A4 pages with writing lines are still included.
Dads grieve too, even when no one asks. Often quieter, often back at work before anyone checks on them, often holding everyone else up. These pages are short on purpose: gauges, checklists and quick prompts, with room to write when you're ready. They're made for dads who grieve by doing as much as by talking, and they include help for taking care of your family while you're still grieving yourself.
A gentle introduction before every worksheet. Each page opens with a short, loving explanation of why it matters and how it supports healing, grounded in respected grief research, and closes with one calming breath.

A NOTE FROM ME
Hi, I'm Niki. I made these pages after losing my daughter, Harper. I'm a mom, not a dad, and not a therapist, so I built this edition on grief research about how fathers grieve and on listening to the dads around me. I'm also a certified grief educator. Every page is written the way I'd want someone to talk to a grieving father: plainly, honestly, and without a timeline.
Real tears. Real love.

PLEASE NOTE
- Fillable fields work best in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some free PDF apps don't support fillable fields, and the single-choice rating dots only work in Adobe Acrobat. If your app doesn't support them, use the printable files. A few small chips (like on the hard-dates page) are for reading, not tapping.
- This workbook is a gentle companion. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about ending your life, please call or text 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
- For personal use only. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files. Grief group leaders and counselors, please message me about group use.
- Because this is a digital file, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If anything is wrong with your download, message me and I'll make it right.
- Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.
