It is primarily intended for teenagers and adults, considering the nature of its content and the engagement level required. Though as parents ourselves we have found that the knowledge we have gathered has allowed us to approach parenting our own Neurodivergent families with an evolved perspective. Much of this information will remain accurate for your neurodivergent kiddos as well, we only suggest to ages around 16+ with supervision due to some difficult topics surrounding unhealthy coping mechanisms such as self-harm and addiction that could prove triggering to some. No prior knowledge is necessary. The workbook (as much as possible) have created this workbook to be as accessible and informative for individuals at all levels of understanding about neurodivergence.
