Gem Particle Trails

Gem trails set up for your hands but can be added wherever you wish!

4 different modes and all modes can be chosen for 2D crystals or 3D crystals.

The 2D Crystals are drawn in a way to try and mimic the 3D as close as I could <3

2D Particles are way more optimized then 3D particles, that is why I have the 2D as an option too!


They will all have differently shapes gems randomly spawning. This also means that the 3D particles have different meshes that will spawn!


Other then Gems, they also have glitter surrounding a small area / Around your hand for example!


These were originally made for Rxsii Nyxia



Versions:


  • "Rate" prefabs

These prefabs only "activates" the gems on movement, so if your hands are completely still you would only see the glitter around them!


  • "Constant" Prefabs

These prefabs will constantly generate gems dropping from your palms!


  • Long Lifetime

These particles will have long lifetime and go all the way to the floor, collide with it with a little bounce and then die out after some time.


  • Short Lifetime

These particles will fall from the palms but die faster so they will never reach the floor!



How? For hands example

  • Drag and drop the 2D Crystals or 3D Crystals in the hierarchy and then on root of avatar.
  • Unpack prefab completely
  • Put your wristbone in the parent constraint and click "zero"
  • Choose what versions you would like to use in the drop down, remove the rest!

(Alternatively, just put it on the wrist bone and remove the constraint)

  • Choose the Long Lifetime or the Short lifetime version, remove the one you dont want to use.

Done


TIPS

  • "Root of avatar" means that you drag and drop it on top of your avatars name. This is the root.
  • When making a toggle for particles, it always looks BEST if you toggle them IN the particle system by checking and unchecking "Emission"
  • These do not come with toggles.
