[SPH] Zastava M70

The Zastava M70 is a semi-automatic or selective-fire rifle developed by Zastava Arms in Yugoslavia and introduced in the 1970s. It is based on the AK-47 design, sharing many features with the Soviet rifle but with some distinct modifications suited to Yugoslavian manufacturing and operational requirements. The M70 is chambered in 7.62×39mm, the same cartridge used in the AK-47 and AKM, providing effective range and power in close to medium-range combat.

The M70 is equipped with a gas-operated piston system and a rotating bolt for reliable cycling. It features a 30-round detachable box magazine and is known for its ruggedness and simple operation, making it ideal for military use in harsh environments. The M70 has a 16.3-inch barrel and weighs around 4.1 kg when unloaded, making it relatively compact for a rifle chambered in 7.62×39mm.
