Scrunch Cowl is four patterns in one! There is a light weight version, in small and large, and a heavy weight version in small and large. Using leftovers, mini skeins, or the perfect colors to stripe together, Scrunch Cowl is simple and soothing knitting.

The light weight version uses only fingering weight and stripes after every garter bump, the heavy weight version uses one strand of fingering changed every garter bump and one strand of lace held through out. With some simple eyelets you have the perfect path for your i-cord to scrunch up your cowl!

LW Small: 100 grams of fingering weight, i-cord 2 grams

LW Large: 140 grams of fingering wright, i-cord 4 grams

HW Small: 100 grams of fingering weight,100 grams of lace weight, i-cord 2 grams

HW Large: 140 grams of fingering weight, 140 grams of lace weight, i-cord 4 grams

US 6 (4.0 mm) 24” circular (60 cm) for small or 32" circular (80 cm) for large

GAUGE
LW: 22 stitches x 23 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in garter in the round
HW: 21 stitches x 21 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in garter in the round

Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge if necessary!
