The download starts right after payment, so the right of withdrawal ends at that point, as confirmed at checkout. If an asset does not work for you, contact me on Discord and we will sort it out.

Epic rolls out a new Discover in phases. The hero carousel, Top 10 and Epic's Picks only show islands with the new art: portrait and art-only thumbnails, a transparent logo and a gameplay video. The carousel also needs a trailer that is fine for all ages (Epic's post). Nobody can promise you more players, and I won't: I make sure your island has everything Epic asks for and looks its best.

No. I only need your island code. I record your island live as a normal player and never change it. I never use Replays: they don't show Scene Graph content, and playtest codes have no replay data, so this way everything in your island shows up. Want free-camera shots a player cannot get? Send me your own footage, or, only if you want, give me access to your project and I record them live in a private session with the HUD off. Quick Kit needs no island code at all: you send screenshots and a gameplay clip.

Every option includes the art Epic asks for: portrait and landscape thumbnails (each with logo and art-only), a transparent logo and a gameplay video (one uncut take with the normal game HUD, no text, music only from the Licensed Music Box), checked against Epic's rules. Discover Ready and up add a trailer made for the hero carousel: 15–30 s, 16:9, ProRes MOV at the native frame rate with uncompressed stereo, plus MP4, with original music and your title. Texts and the Launch voice-over in any language you want. Not included: free-camera or editor shots (send your footage or give me project access), chart music, human voice actors, changes to your island, posting for you, any promise of plays. Scenes with several players are not included either, but I can organize them for you on request.

First draft in 3, 7, 10 or 14 work days (Quick Kit, Discover Ready, Spotlight, Launch), faster on request. 1, 2, 3 or 4 rounds of changes: please send them in one message. Bought Quick Kit and want a trailer within 30 days? You pay only the difference.

Full refund until I start recording (Quick Kit: until I start on your material), if my first draft is more than 5 work days late, or if your island or material cannot give what your option needs. EU buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal that ends when your order is delivered, see Right of Withdrawal.

Yes, worldwide, with no time limit, ads included. The optional Launch voice-over is an AI voice, in any language you want. You must be 18 or have a parent’s permission.

Epic's all-ages rules don't allow players shooting each other, characters hit, hurt or knocked out by gunfire or explosions, or blood of any kind in the trailer. I show the action instead: movement, weapons and effects, targets, loot and wins. Fast, exciting, and fine for the hero carousel.
