About Me

Hi, I’m Dan.

I’m a Chiropractor and personal trainer, and more importantly, someone who has been through sciatica myself.


What started as a stiff, achey lower back and a bit of discomfort in my glute quickly turned into full blown nerve pain down my left leg.


At one point, my calf and glute on one side stopped working properly, and everyday things like sitting, sleeping, and even going out for meals became a challenge.


Now I combine my clinical knowledge with real lived experience to help you get through sciatica.


What I focus on now is helping people understand what’s actually driving their symptoms, so they can stop guessing and start moving in the right direction.


Because once you have clarity, everything becomes a lot simpler.
