Why is completion of Small Group or 1:1 Coaching required?
The Role Play Lab is not a fundamentals course. Every member must already speak the same strategic language and understand our underlying frameworks so that calls jump straight into high-level tactical execution without needing foundational explanations.
What happens if I miss a live weekly session?
While live participation is where your conversational reflexes are built, all sessions and key takeaway debriefs will be recorded and sent to all members after each call.
How do appointment scheduling and calendar invites work?
Upon acceptance into the role play group, you will receive an automated welcome confirmation containing the direct Zoom link, recurring calendar invitation, and access to the upcoming monthly role-play scenario prompts.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Your enrollment runs on a month-to-month billing cycle, allowing you to manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings at any time prior to your next renewal date.
