Rough Ashler’s Prayer

A Rough Ashler is an unpolished stone, in its rough form. It’s chosen from the Quarry and worked by the Stone Mason, a Master Craftsman. When the stone has had all the rough edges knocked off, and is polished, and made complete. I kind of look at myself as a Rough Ashler, still having my rough edges!

the song tells of how, bit by bit, the Master Craftsman is polishing me, and some day, when this life is o’er and I go to that place above I’ll be made perfect too! Till then…
