While I've not yet used this piece with learners, I appreciate, especially, the use of visuals and the suggested steps as part of a larger set of conversations around cultural 'norms' of apologies. power, gender and language.

Super lesson

I have the app more than six months now and I have nothing but praise for it. I have to say the "Apologizing" lesson was super. Such fun we had in our class with that one! We really explored human nature with that one: people's pride, their inability to say sorry, difference in attitudes to apologies between men and women, falling out with friends, dealing with kids; great fun and most importantly lots of speaking.
