Sunil has been a consultant and trainer in quality and productivity for about 25 years. His focus has been on developing management systems for business excellence.

He had the privilege to work with the pioneers of the Business Excellence (BE) movement in Singapore, and learned the history and insights of developing the Framework and its contents to make it work in organisations.

Sunil was involved with more than 70 organisations from both public and private sectors, of varying sizes and at different stages of their quality maturity.

He had the opportunity to work with 6 public sector organisations to achieve the Business Excellence Awards for being world-class in their works and being recognised for global leadership in setting standards for others to follow.

The experiences gained have provided the insights into the features and formats needed to bring the business excellence practices "alive" in an organisation. This has been distilled as a visual guide in a "ready to use" book with diagrams on the scope of the management systems and formats that can be used for implementation in any organisation.

The book is the direct means to know what is needed and how it is done to be a great organisation.
