By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using BTBList Reset · Volume One, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Personal-Use License and Public-Sharing Policy.

1. Limited Personal-Use License

The original purchaser is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use BTBList Reset · Volume One solely for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use.

Purchasing this product grants a license to use the files. It does not transfer ownership of the files, written content, exercises, prompts, page arrangement, graphics, design elements or other intellectual property contained within the product.

2. Download Limit

The purchaser may download each digital file included with the purchase a maximum of three times.

The download allowance applies separately to each file and may not be transferred to or shared with another person. Reaching the download limit does not authorize the purchaser to obtain, create or distribute additional digital copies through another person or account.

Requests involving a missing, corrupted or inaccessible file must be submitted to hello@btblist.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Any replacement access is provided at the sole discretion of BTBList, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Permitted Personal Use

The purchaser may:

• Download each file within the stated three-download limit
• Print copies solely for the purchaser’s own personal use
• Complete the exercises and prompts for personal reflection
• Revisit and reuse the purchased materials personally
• Share the purchaser’s own responses, reflections and experiences

This license does not extend to a purchaser’s family members, friends, clients, students, customers, groups, organizations or other individuals.

Each person who wishes to use the workbook must purchase a separate license unless BTBList provides prior written authorization.

4. Permitted Public Sharing

The purchaser may create public content discussing or documenting the purchaser’s personal experience with BTBList Reset · Volume One. Permitted public sharing includes:

• Displaying the workbook cover
• Showing brief, incidental glimpses of the workbook while it is being used
• Showing limited portions of completed pages that primarily feature the purchaser’s own written responses
• Discussing the purchaser’s personal experience, reflections or results
• Quoting brief excerpts when the excerpt is reasonably necessary for commentary, review or discussion and is clearly credited to Kayla Cannon and BTBList

Public sharing is permitted only when it does not disclose enough of the product to allow another person to read, copy, recreate, distribute or use the workbook without purchasing a separate license.

Monetization of content documenting the purchaser’s personal experience is permitted. This permission does not authorize the workbook itself, or any substantial portion of it, to be used as instructional material, paid content, a customer resource or a substitute for the original product.

5. Prohibited Uses

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in advance in writing by BTBList, the purchaser may not:

• Share, forward, upload, email, transfer or distribute the digital files or download links
• Post or display full, readable images or recordings of blank workbook pages
• Reveal complete prompts, exercises, activities or page sequences
• Publish content that allows viewers to pause, copy, recreate or complete the workbook without purchasing it
• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt or create derivative materials based on the workbook
• Remove or obscure copyright notices, branding or ownership information
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift or otherwise transfer the files or license
• Use the workbook or its contents for clients, coaching, counseling, consulting, groups, classes, workshops, memberships, courses or other professional or commercial services
• Incorporate any portion of the workbook into another product, service, template, publication, presentation, program or artificial-intelligence training dataset
• Claim ownership or authorship of any portion of the workbook

6. Intellectual-Property Ownership

BTBList Reset · Volume One, including its original written content, prompts, exercises, arrangement, graphics and design elements, is owned by Kayla Cannon and BTBList and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by Kayla Cannon and BTBList.

7. Violation and Termination

Any use outside the permissions expressly granted by this policy constitutes a violation of this license.

The license automatically terminates upon a material breach of these terms. Upon termination, the purchaser must immediately stop using the product and permanently delete all digital copies within the purchaser’s possession or control.

BTBList reserves the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and monetary damages where legally available.

Failure by BTBList to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

8. Severability

If any provision of this policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Permission Requests

Requests for professional, educational, group, licensing or other uses not expressly permitted by this policy must be submitted in writing to:
