Because customers receive instant access to the files, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not offered after a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

If a file is missing, corrupted or will not open, email hello@btblist.com within seven days of purchase. Please include the name and email address used for your order, along with a brief description or screenshot of the issue.

Technical issues will be addressed through troubleshooting assistance or access to a replacement copy of the purchased file. Technical assistance does not constitute a refund.

You can expect a response within two business days. Messages received on weekends or holidays will be reviewed beginning the next business day.
