Your right to cancel, and our 30-day guarantee — Because these are digital products delivered immediately, UK law's standard 14-day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply once you've downloaded or accessed the content and agreed to that at checkout — but we go further anyway: every paid product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email hello@creditsorted.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund — Email hello@creditsorted.co.uk from the address you purchased with, including your order reference. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
