This policy explains what personal information Deep Learner, operated by Rishabh Singh, collects and how it is used.

Information you give us — name and email address at checkout; any information you include when contacting support.

Payment information — collected and processed directly by our payment partners. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank credentials.

Order information — which product you bought, the amount, and the date.

Technical information — our store platform records basic analytics such as page visits and approximate location.

HOW WE USE IT

To deliver your purchase and send your download link; to provide customer support; to send order confirmations and receipts; to meet tax and accounting obligations; to detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and, with your consent, to send occasional emails about new material. You can unsubscribe at any time.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with Payhip, our store and delivery platform; our payment gateway (Razorpay and/or PayU), to process your payment; and government or legal authorities, where required by law.

DATA RETENTION

Order records are retained as long as required under applicable Indian tax and accounting law. You may ask us to delete your data outside those obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to rishabhs1898@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payments are processed over encrypted connections by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

Our products are intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
