NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold on Deep Learner are digital downloadable goods. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.

NO REFUND AFTER DOWNLOAD

Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and no refund will be issued. By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept this.

We strongly recommend that you review the product description, preview material, contents list and sample pages before buying. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing — we are happy to answer questions.

WHEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND

We will issue a full refund in these situations: duplicate payment, where you were charged more than once for the same order; non-delivery, where payment succeeded but you never received the download link and we are unable to deliver it to you; corrupt or unopenable file, where the file cannot be opened and we are unable to supply a working replacement; or wrong product delivered, where you received material other than what you purchased and we cannot supply the correct file.

In each case we will first attempt to fix the problem, for example by re-sending or replacing the file. A refund is issued only if the problem cannot be resolved.

WHAT IS NOT A VALID GROUND FOR REFUND

You changed your mind after downloading; you already own similar material, or bought the wrong product by mistake after downloading it; the product did not produce a particular exam result, income, or other outcome; or you are dissatisfied with content that matches the published description.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email rishabhs1898@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID / payment reference, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem (screenshots help).

PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI provider may take a further 3–5 working days to credit the amount.

CANCELLATION

Because delivery is immediate and automatic, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If payment succeeded but delivery had not yet occurred, contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund in full.
