This Refund Policy applies to ebooks and paperback purchases. We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms set out in this Refund Policy.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the product.
In relation to ebooks, you can request a refund if the item has a major problem that helpdesk technicians are unable to rectify.
In relation to paperbacks, we use registered post for delivery and ensure all products are dispatched in good condition. We do not refund for loss or damage caused by a third party.
