Alberto Medal, also known by his social media moniker ‘Flow Menez’, is a 27-year-old creative strategist. With 9 plus years experience in content creations, brand development, marketing and much more; the young entrepreneur didn’t have the greatest start in life. He was born and raised by his single mother with his sister in New Jersey. Although they always managed to get by through life, Menez believed he could be the one to finally help get ahead. 

Menez mentioned how he was always open minded to anything that aligned himself with growing his brand and making an impact on people any way that he could. With that being his mindset, he got connected with other entrepreneurs that were expanding an international marketing company. Menez saw an opportunity to get out of his comfort zone and try something that would later be what changed his life for the better. It was those years he learned the power of marketing, leadership principles , and the art of psychology.

Menez went on to starting more businesses to selling digital products and now leveraging his knowledge to help small businesses grow their online presence. The content strategist continues to grow and serve his community at the same time sharing his journey to inspire people to take action no matter their circumstances. Menez urges others to seek financial freedom through their uniqueness , skillset, or multiple streams of income. Knowing how fast technology is growing its important for him to stay ahead to take advantage of the next opportunity. Finally, what his purpose has become now is to give hope to the youth that struggle with their belief system.
