Every FORM. orders is carefully prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and care. From the moment you place your order to the day it arrives, our goal is to deliver an experience that reflects The Hair Standard.
Processing Time: ( Before Shipment)
All orders require 5-7 business days for processing which is before shipment.
(processing does not includes weekends or holidays)
Shipping Time: Please allow 7-15 business days for shipping. No shipping on the weekends and holidays. This step is next after the processing time
Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons and location.
Tracking Info: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
FORM. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. Address Accuracy please double check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, FORM. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Must file claims directly with the carrier.
Order Changes
We do not cancel orders.
Orders cannot be changed, cancel, or modified once placed.
All orders are final.

- Shipping Protection Recommendation: For your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing shipping protection through (Route) during the checkout process. By opting for this service, your package will be safeguarded in the unfortunate event of loss or theft during transit. Please note that if you choose not to purchase shipping protection, any loss or theft of the package will be beyond our control.
Claim Process for Lost Packages: If your package is lost in the mail, we kindly request that you open a claim with the company (Route) from which you purchased the protection. They will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us for further guidance.
