You Are Searching For Answers. We Were Built To Give Them.

Most people navigating a health crisis, a caregiving role, or the aging process are doing it without the right information-not because they aren't trying, but because the right information is hard to find.

Graceful Living Collective bridges that gap. Founded by a licensed occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in geriatrics, dementia care, and complex health conditions, every guide, workbook, and resource here translates clinical expertise into practical, compassionate support for real families.

Because you shouldn't need a medical degree to care well for the people you love.

Who Is This For?

You're in the right place if:

  • You're caring for a parent, spouse, or loved one, and you're exhausted, overwhelmed, and not sure what comes next
  • You've recently received a diagnosis- or someone you love has- you need real answers, not just reassurance
  • You're trying to help an aging parent stay safe at home, but don't know where to start
  • You're a survivor rebuilding your confidence and looking for someone who understands what you and your body have been through
  • You've Googled everything and still feel like you are missing the full picture
  • You want guidance from someone with clinical expertise and a personal understanding of what caregiving really costs

If you nodded at even one of those - keep reading. This was made for you.

About Me

I am a licensed Occupational Therapist with certifications in geriatrics, dementia, and lymphedema and over two decades of clinical experience across the matrix of healthcare from home health to hospitals and rehabs to assisted livings, and nursing homes to outpatient. I was always drawn to know hoe it all works together.

I am also a cancer survivor and returned to college to become an OT after I went into remission in my 30s. I am a spousal and parental caregiver, a homeschooling grandma, and a woman of deep Christian faith.

It is my mission for Graceful Living Collective to empower caregivers, older adults, and families with practical tools, compassionate guidance, and trusted resources so they can navigate aging, caregiving, and life's transitions with confidence, dignity, and grace. My prayer is that no caregiver or family feels alone in the journey of aging, illness, or life's transitions.

Knowledge when you need it. Grace every step of the way.
