Your buddy in breaking generational curses through Christ

Breaking the cycle is tough and it's tougher when you do it ALONE.

But it doesn't have to be that way. As said in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10,

"Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. "

What is Project 40?

Project 40 is a challenge that helps you achieve your goals for the next 40 days by tracking your habits.

It is inspired by the biblical number 40. Why?

The Bible uses 40 as a symbol of testing, trial, and triumph. Many biblical heroes, such as Moses, Elijah, Jesus, David, and Solomon, faced 40 days or years of hardship to show their faith and obedience to God.

For example, Moses fasted for 40 days before he got the Ten Commandments. Elijah fasted for 40 days before he went to heaven in a whirlwind. Jesus fasted for 40 days before he resisted the devil in the wilderness. David ruled over Israel for 40 years before he defeated Goliath. Solomon ruled over Israel for 40 years before he built the temple.

Why we do it?

We do Project 40 to follow these biblical heroes and grow in our relationship with God.

By setting goals and tracking habits for the next 40 days, we can become more aware of our spiritual needs and challenges.

Also, by rewarding ourselves for our achievements, we can stay motivated and focused on our purpose.

Project 40 is not just a number, but a sign of God’s grace and power in our lives.
