Where I Started
My photography journey began with a love of taking pictures and a determination to keep learning. I later studied photography at Humber, where I realized that editing was the part I felt most passionate about.
There were some bumps in the road that made photography difficult for me to pursue for a while, so I stepped away from it. But after spending time working on myself and growing through those experiences, I finally felt ready to return to something I had always loved.
Now, with AI changing the creative world, I’ve found a way to combine traditional editing through Photoshop and Lightroom with carefully chosen AI-assisted tools.
AI can make incredible changes possible, but it can also make an image look artificial. My goal is to use these tools with a photographer’s eye so the final image still feels natural, recognizable, and true to the original moment.
After years of learning, growing, and evolving, pursuing photo editing again feels like coming full circle.
You’re Not Paying for the Tool — You’re Paying for Your Time
AI can make photo editing faster—but it still takes time, trial and error, and an eye for what looks natural.
I combine AI-assisted editing with a photographer’s eye for colour, depth, texture, and composition so your images stay polished without looking fake.

My Editing Process
My editing process blends Photoshop, Canva, and AI-assisted tools with a strong eye for colour, composition, depth, patterns, and emotion. I create polished, intentional images while keeping the original moment authentic and recognizable.
Projects
Each editing project is built around a specific theme and a set number of images, making it easy to choose the option that best matches what you need. Simply select the project that feels closest to your goal — whether that’s a single image, a small curated set, restoration, or a larger batch of photos. If your project doesn’t quite fit one of the listed options,
contact me and we can create a custom project and quote based on what you’re looking for.
FAQs
-
These offers are designed for smaller, image-based edits rather than full project galleries.
- Single Image — one photo that needs a polished edit
- Restoration — up to 5 images that are older or damaged photographs that need cleanup or repair
- Featured Nine — up to 9 favourite images edited with one cohesive direction
-
Featured Nine, the images work best when they belong to the same general collection, story, shoot, event, or purpose, so the edits can feel cohesive.
But If you want different edits per image That is also an option
-
Depending on the image, editing may include colour correction, lighting, cropping, straightening, minor cleanup, background distractions, skin or detail adjustments, and other reasonable changes.
More complex edits or extensive reconstruction may require a custom quote.
-
Restoration can include vintage photographs, scanned prints, old digital files, memorial photos, family photographs, or photos taken of physical prints.
The amount of restoration possible depends on the quality and condition of the original image.
-
if you have more images that need editing, your collection may be better suited to The Hard Drive project-based editing service, where pricing is based on the project rather than the individual image.

Project-Based Editing
Some editing projects don’t fit neatly into a set number of images — and that’s exactly what this service is for. Whether you’re a photographer with a backlog of galleries, a business with months of content to work through, or someone with personal photos sitting on a hard drive, you can book me to work through your collection project by project.Rather than charging based on every individual image, your quote is based on the size, complexity, organization, and amount of editing time your project requires.
The Hard Drive Projects
The Hard Drive is a project-based editing service for the photos and galleries you already have but haven’t had time to finish.
Perfect for weddings, client galleries, past shoots, vacation photos, family archives, branding content, or photography backlogs.
Instead of pricing per image, we break your hard drive into individual projects and quote based on the amount of work involved. You can send one project at a time or book multiple projects together.
You keep shooting, creating, travelling, working, and living. I’ll help take care of what’s sitting on The Hard Drive.
Supporting Local + Small Businesses
I love supporting locally owned and independently run businesses. If it’s just you out there building something you care about, let me know when you reach out.
You may also qualify for a discounted rate if you’re:
- Own a small or independently run business
- Book multiple editing projects with me
- Are Canadian and able to pay by e-transfer
- Are local enough to arrange a hard drive pickup or drop-off
These options can help simplify the process and may reduce your overall project cost.
Editing & Revision Policy
Each project includes one complimentary revision round for reasonable adjustments. Additional revisions may require an extra editing fee.
If you’re unhappy with your final images, please contact me first so we can discuss what isn’t working and explore possible corrections.
Because pricing reflects both the project and editing time already completed, full refunds are generally not available. A partial refund may be considered in certain circumstances.
Please review the full policies before booking.
Q+A For Hand Drive Projects
-
Project size is based on the amount of work involved, not simply the number of images.
A Small Project is usually one contained folder or gallery with straightforward editing.
A Medium Project may involve more images, multiple cards, changing locations, or more variation.
A Large Project may include weddings, multiple cameras, second shooters, large galleries, or extensive curation and organization.
If you’re unsure, send me the details, and I’ll determine the best fit for your project.
-
No. The Hard Drive is project-based editing.
You’re booking my time to work through a complete folder, gallery, or collection rather than paying for every individual photograph. Pricing is based on the size, complexity, organization, and editing required.
-
Absolutely. This service is especially useful if you have a backlog of multiple shoots, vacations, events, client galleries, or personal collections.
You can book projects individually or choose a multi-project package for a lower per-project rate.
-
Turnaround depends on the size of the project and how many projects you book.
Smaller projects may take less time, while large galleries can require multiple weeks. If you choose a flexible/no-rush package, your projects will be completed as space becomes available in my editing schedule.
If you have a specific deadline, let me know when requesting your quote.
-
Both.
The Hard Drive can be used for professional or personal projects, including wedding and event galleries, photography business backlogs, branding shoots, vacation collections, family archives, old digital files, or simply folders of photos you’ve been meaning to edit for years.
If it’s sitting on your hard drive waiting to be finished, it can probably become a project.
