High Vitamin C Immunity Boosting Tea Recipe


Ingredients:


- 1 cup water

- 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers (rich in vitamin C and antioxidants)

- 1 teaspoon dried rose hips (one of the highest natural sources of vitamin C)

- 1 teaspoon dried elderberries (supports immune health)

- 1-2 slices of fresh lemon (adds vitamin C and refreshing flavor)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

- Fresh ginger slices (optional, for added warmth and anti-inflammatory properties)

Instructions:


1. Boil Water:
