About Me

Hello, I'm Sammi! I originally hail from Seattle but have been fortunate enough to call Southern Utah my home for the past two years. At 44 years old, I’m a proud mother of eight children, whose ages range from 3 to 24.


My passion for herbs and healthy living began in my childhood, sparked by memories of calisthenics and the aroma of garlic in the kitchen. However, like many of us, I found myself navigating the ebbs and flows of life, often struggling to maintain those healthy habits as responsibilities increased. In the early years, I dedicated myself to cooking from scratch, avoiding processed foods. But as my children began to leave home, life became busier, and unfortunately, convenience foods crept into our lives.


Reestablishing my commitment to health required a concerted effort over a two-month period. While that timeframe may seem brief, the journey felt much longer as I confronted the mental challenges that arose from deviating from my core values. This experience solidified my belief in a holistic approach to health. As I worked to improve my physical well-being, I simultaneously nurtured my mental health and deepened my connection to my purpose. Strengthening every facet of my life enriched my overall journey.


I believe we are all on a continuous journey toward better health. There will always be new sources of toxins, missed workouts, and days when we feel like giving up. Yet, these challenges are often the most enlightening, revealing not only our path forward but also the incredible progress we've made. My mission is to empower individuals to implement small, sustainable changes that positively impact not just their own health, but also the well-being and habits of their families, creating a legacy of wellness for generations to come. Together, we can embark on this transformative journey.
